We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, we happily accept returns.

It is important to note that all returns must be processed and returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery date, as indicated in the tracking information. To ensure acceptance at our warehouse, the item(s) must be in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and cannot be removed. Garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our warehouse are your responsibility. We encourage you to use a registered or traceable postal service as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.

It is important to return the item(s) promptly to avoid any inconvenience, as return packages received after the 14-day period will not be accepted. Should your return package incur any import taxes or duties, we will deduct any additional costs related to your shipment from your refund. 

To initiate a return, please send an email to customercare@kaparii.com with your order number in the subject and the reason for the return.

SALE ITEMS

Returns on sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items, including styles marked down, can be returned for store credit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time, please email customercare@kaparii.com to request a return and we can create a new order with the correct item(s).

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return package and verified that the item(s) meet the above criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process.

STORE CREDIT

We issue store credit with a unique code that can be used for online purchases, and they remain valid for up to two years from the date of issue. You will receive your credit note by email, and it can be used to make a purchase at any time within the validity period.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

We process returns within 2 business days of receipt. We'll send you an email to confirm that we have received your return and another email to confirm when the return has been processed. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at customercare@kaparii.com.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

We maintain high standards of quality control and inspect every item before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is not perfect, please don't hesitate to contact us at customercare@kaparii.com with your order number and images of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
