We ship worldwide, using Fedex International with tracking. The delivery window varies depending on your location. Generally, deliveries take between 2-6 business days, but this could differ for international orders.

PROCESSING TIME

Our commitment is to process and dispatch all orders within a maximum of two business days after the purchase date. Please be advised that we observe weekends and public holidays, during which orders will not be processed.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their destination country. Customs regulations and guidelines can vary by country, so it's the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs authority to ensure an accurate calculation of any customs duties or taxes payable. In the event that a customer refuses a package, they will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the order parcel to our warehouse. These charges will be deducted from the order refund once the shipment has been received at our warehouse.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

However, we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit due to the courier service leaving the parcel unattended if no one is present to sign for it at the delivery address. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS

If you happen to have ordered the wrong item(s), entered incorrect shipping information, or wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our team at customercare@kaparii.com right after placing your order. Once your order has been processed at our warehouse, we are unfortunately unable to make any alterations, and you will need to request a return.
